Was replacing the driver side window regulator and felts in my 75 Scout II yesterday, and found this floating around in the bottom of the door when I cleaned it out. Scout has the folding Ford style towing mirrors now, so think this was probably behind the stock mirror when they removed it? One less rattle. If anyone wants it let me know.
