Michael Mayben 1904 Rebuild

I think it's time to get my carb done right and I'd like for mr. Mayben to do it. How do I go about this? What it is the typical cost and turnaround?

The carb is on an 1968 Scout 800 2wd with the 196, oil bath air cleaner, and soon to be pertronix ignition. I am in baton rouge,la so pretty much at sea level. Everything else is stock
