Machine Shop Recommendation

Can anyone recommend a machine shop in the bay area to look over a 345?

I recently acquired a free 345 that appears to be in decent shape. I'd like to have a shop look over the engine to tell me if it is worth rebuilding or if I should scrap it.
 
Thats not too far away I have a great machine shop I use in napa or if you want bring it by my shop in American canyon and I could give you an idea of what it would need to be a good reliable runner. If your interested send me an e-mail and we can figure out a good time to meet. Ed
