Looking for a little advice...

I'm currently at a standstill on my Scout 800. Advice on brake line location, exhaust routing, general wire routing, etc. I have all the free time in the world, for the foreseeable future... I'm new to the area and currently building up my hobby shop at the same time as taking on this project. Some things I've done:
Fuel injection installed
Replaced entire fuel system
New radiator and hoses
Header
Front (done) and rear (working on) Disc conversion
replaced bodymounts
gutted and rewired the entire truck
removed, filmed, and replaced all glass
insulated, soundproofed, installed headliner in the top
replaced steering arm and tie rod, pitman arm

The final bit to do before starting it is to fit exhaust to it and a couple other small things. I helped my dad rebuild a couple binders in the past, but nowhere near this level. I'm fixing things that I've never done, and would appreciate any and all advice that people are willing to dole out. Thanks in advance if you reply... I've experienced nothing but kindness since moving here.

Where abouts in the bay area you located? What year is your 800?
I had the pleasure of helping a friend of mine work on his 69 800. Complete re-write, suspension work, Hamilton efi, and a bunch of other stuff.
For brake lines, I use the ni-cop, how ever it's spelled. Routing was pretty much stock. Exhaust all depends on what engine you have. For rear disc conversion, my friend, with the 69, ended up getting a dana 44 rear axle from a later model scout II. I forget exactly which disc brake kit he installed.
 
I'm in Sebastopol, pretty far up from the Bay. My Scout is a '68... 196 ci, 4 spd. Dana 27 front, 44 rear.
I've bought brake line material a while back (the one you suggested), I've got most of the parts and supplies I'll need, TBH.
As far as the exhaust goes, it drops from the exhaust side differently with my header than with the stock manifold, so I've got to determine where to run the pipe, where to put the muffler, and where the exhaust exits the truck.
 
Thanks... I've felt nothing but welcome since we moved. On a side note, I fueled up, changed the oil, and started my truck for the first time under the new TBI... ran pretty well, and loud, without a muffler. It smoked pretty bad at first. S'pose it would after 27 years dry.
My problem this week is finding a puller so I can get my rear hubs off & continue installing the rear discs.
 
There's another scout II owner up in Petaluma area. Cool deal on getting your rig started. I been building up a pair of spare axles for my own scout. The rear is 99% complete and the front is 85-90%. Was going to swap in the rear axle this weekend, but other things came up
