Jeff, I am looking for an original metal (not fiberglass) lift-gate for a 1980 Scout II. I know most of them will have some issues/rust but I am hoping that you May have one that is basically sound. In particular I want one that has good hinges and mounts. A po of my Scout welded the hinges to the lift-gate and they are not at the correct angle or height. Can you help?

Criag - everyone of the liftgates that I have here have hinge related issues one way or another. To take my best one and properly repair the hinge area and then sell it to you it will probably cost around $500 by the time we are done with it.
