leaky axles

I have laeaky axle seals on my 1980 diesel Scout II. I have done rear seals on my 79 Scout II a while back and need a refresher. I know itsa Dana 44 but didn't the diesel have some kind of a locker? Any info would be great. I also have to do the fronts and think I need a puller. I did the rear pinion a few months back and it seems wet again, not sure why. Thanks

I also have a 1980 diesel traveler. Lockers were an option. I don't have them.

While you're under there, check the vent tube. Mine was blocked.
