Leakage

1976 terra w/ 345 auto. Carb (2 barrell Holley)is leaking out through the throttle linkage after I turn the motor off onto the manifold? Where would the gas be coming from inside the carb to be coming out the linkage? Is there a way to fix it? The carb runs great I hate to mess it up more?

Yes, you have an internal liquid fuel leak. As the liquid expands when the engine is shut down, it is drooling out of somewhere and runs down the venturis until it hits an opening to the atmosphere. That would be the throttle shaft area. Only military carbs and some marine units have sealed throttle shafts, any other carb will leak liquid if it's overflowing inside.

I'd suspect the fuel bowl gasket is not sealing properly or is damaged. The actual float valve/needle/seat could also be allowing fuel leakage inside if the fuel level is too high for some reason.

Pull the fuel bowl cover (top of carb ) off and inspect it.

I did go up a very steep incline and something May have made it do alittle cough-up? I'll drive it again tonight and see what happens and look for the problem a little closer? Thanks for your reply and help!
