leaf spring broke...what lift?

I have a 1978 Scout II diesel that has a broken main spring on the left front. I'm looking for a good 2" lift so I can go to 33" tires. I've met with you guys in Loomis a couple years back and you made it sound like most lifts come out to 4" anyway so might as well do that...I have a broken leaf now and need to get new springs all around with bushings, ublots, shocks, pitman arm? ,etc. I don't want to go higher than I have to to go with larger wheels and tires. I have 31x10.5r15's right now that are old so it's time to go with a new suspension, wheels and tires. What should I do? Is a 'reverse shackle' something I should consider? Any help is appreciated.
