I've been doing some small business with Jeff at IHOnly north lately & from my first talk with him on the phone I knew I liked him. He's always been very helpful and freely answers my questions and discusses the merits of products & procedures before helping me find what I need.the knowledge he shares is invaluable and I am grateful to get his advice.
And your website is very cool & easy to navigate & it's the first place I check for parts. So thanks Jeff for being a mensch & I wish you much success.:icon_biggrin:

Rex...there's only one reason I've thrown in with the entire Ismail clan...they know how to treat folks both for business matters and as friends!

It's not so much about just sellin' stuff and having inventory, as it is about customer service. Any azzhat can sell stuff, all ya gotta do is experience what goes on day-to-day in retail operations to know that. But any company that has to continuously "tell" potential customers how good they are, and how their service is superior to the competition,...in actuality suks at customer service. If that's all they got to crow about, then they are already in trouble and I'd run away from 'em!

If ya gotta "sell" customer service, then you'll never make it, ya either have that attitude going in or you'll be left in the dust in the retail world. You don't learn it, you inherit it! I mean...just spend some time with the patriarch of the Ismail family unit...it's a genetic deal!
