isky,s 190125/26 supercam

Im looking for some kind of timing specs im running it at 10 degrees right now. Every things good till im like on the freeway and I punch it has a lil stall before it goes. Is this to much timing or not enough. What I mean is for stall is bogging then opens up. I have a 345 with a 600 cfm edelbrock carb with pertronix ignition.

If the lag is only at freeway speed and not on the bottom, most likely its nothing to do with ignition timing but more to do with your carb. Sounds like you are on the edge of being too lean at cruise to wot. On an edelbrock there are metering rods that are controlled by vacuum. They are stepped to control the fuel flow.
You can purchase tuning springs and rods to aleviate this little issue. Amd they are simple to install , just time consuming to do the trial and error process.
Read the sub forum power tuning, this will give you some insight on what to do as far as timing the motor. But 10 degrees is usually the sweet spot.

What model carb is it like 1401 or 1405 etc. Many are set up to lean for any sort of engine mod.

The accelerator linkage has two positions. The pump arm hole closest to the fulcrum will give you a bigger shot so your transition is covered better.

From a drivability stand point if you are happy with your moderate power performance and you don't experience surging or laziness leave the primary barrel jetting alone till all other avenues have been explored.

Experiment with timing the last few I have built both had cams similar to yours edy 140x carbs and timed are running 15* initial and 35* total (vac adv disconnected). You can nail them from a stand still and they are seamless. In both cases they are running very close to the 1409 marine carb jetting +/- a few thousands in the secondaries and a bit leaner in power and cruise mode for the primaries.
