Is this a windshield with cowl and motor go with this type of vehicles?

I came across this one day sitting in a garbage pile and pulled it out. I thought it went with a jeep but I believe it is something that went with these. There is some rust on it. It is located in Gainesville, Georgia. Looking to take offers.
