Interior door rot

I've got a 1968 1200c, and the driver side door lower hinge seems to have rusted out.

Where the hinge mounts to the inner side of the door, behind the paneling, that whole section I'm assuming door subframe? Is completely shot. Has anyone seen this before, know how to repair this, or should I just look for another door?

That is not to bad. Do you weld?

Yes I do weld. Just getting the room inside the panel to weld is the not so easy part. Not much room

I can see that. If the rest of the door is in good shape, cutting an access hole and then welding that back may work, if not a new door.might be the way to go.
