Wanted to say thanks for all what you guys do.
After ordering the d-20 rebuild kit and finally getting a chance to inventory and lay everything out on my work bench last weekend, I realized that two of the new bearings from the kit were the wrong ones. After a pleasant phone call first thing this last Monday morning, I had the correct bearings the next day(last night).
wish that most other companies I deal with work this quickly.
Tomorrow, after I get off work, I will be dropping off the other bearings in same box that the replacements came in. Would have done it today, but I was whooped last night and pretty much passed out as soon as I got home.

p.s. - might need to re-tag the individual packages for the bearings that I'm returning.
