I believe this to be a nos or never used set of the IH reflector flares. These do not look like they have ever even been taken out of the box. Definitely a cool old piece of IH history that can be used even today. $45/b.o. Shipping is on you. Located in san antonio, tx. You're right. I wasn't familiar with these. Still, they're in outstanding condition, including the flags. Just missing the thin rods to hang the flags from.
