72 with 304 727 auto stock rig .... Hey ya'll im rewire job but I have a question regarding the factory wires coming from the stock key on the column . Basically im wondering if these need to be replaced or just hook em up ? If so which is which ? Any suggestions ? Thanks again guys ....

Do a through inspection of the leads and the switch. If they all look good and you see no over heating evidence, use them. There is no slick solution to that...

Ok so im back on my s2 n still cant figure out what these four wires n plug originate and re-connect to ? Its coming from the steering column it is separate from the column group wires and im stumped ...

The wire it oddly small compared to the IH wiring and it is a molex 4 pole connector with round pins. This is not a normal automotive connector. I'm leaning toward it being an add on accessory plug. Other then tracing it back to it's source. Is it integrated into the factory harness?

Hey Robert thanks, well it goes up into the steering column n disappears in the cover for the ignition and turn switches ? I cant find anything related to it in the manual wiring diagram .
