I broke a synchro plate in the 3rd/4th gear synchronizer assembly of my t19 transmission. The stupidity (mine) is too great to describe here. Suffice it to say that things rarely need to be forced....
If you have one to spare, or sell of course, you can put it into a International priority flat rate envelope at the post office. I might be able to pay for the postage from here.
