Heat Riser Valve - IH 345

I’m looking for a NOS or replacement heat riser valve for my 1979 Scout II with 345 v8. I took mine apart and the butterfly valve is completely missing plus there is an exhaust leak. I can’t find one in stock at any light line parts websites. Do any other manufacturers’ heat riser valves fit the scout II?
