Hankook MT vs Goodyear Duratrac

About to buy new tires and due to budget and all that good stuff I have narrowed it down to the hankook dyanpro mt and the goodyear duratrac tires. I have a pretty much stock sii with a 345 and 2.5" lift.

I had 33x12.5x15's on it before and seemed like it performed well, should I stick with that size?

Anybody have any pro's or con's about either tire?

Hankook is now the oem tire for all ihc vehicles so they must be a pretty good tire.

Goodyear, imho, has been riding on their rep for a lot of years. You also have to pay a lot extra for their name on the tire.

Personally, I have had extremely good look with cooper tires. And cooper tires are made in the usa.

The duratracs are very good tires. A couple of my friends have them and they have very good road manners while maintaining traction in variety of situations. I love my goodyears mtr's but my second choice was going to be the duratracs. Sales guy said the duratracs were a much better tire for more on road use. Cant say anything about hankook.

I have a great update. I talked with the people at america's tires and they are willing to give me the BFG mt km2 for the same price as the hankook and goodyear, $880 out the door for 33's. I am stoked, I hear the BFG's are one of the best mt's out there.

For 880 out the door I would get them but in my bias opinion the goodyear mtr's with kevlar are the best mt"s right now. Bulletproof for a street tire.
