Future 6BT engine swap

I am looking into purchasing a Scout in the next year or so. My hopes are to get one with a decent body and swap a 6bt 12valve into it.
This is where I am not experienced much. I have seen a fair amount of the 4bt swaps and was curious of the reason that I dont see many 6bt's. If anyone has any input on which body style would work best with this swap or what the best transmission would be to put behind it, etc. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Seems like it would be a cramped fit with a 6bt in a Scout. Might have to modify the firewall, but I guess more power to ya if it fits

I'm not real sure if a 6bt will fit in the Scout an be able to close the hood? My lil bro has 1 in his shop,I'll get a measurement an post it...Jeff ( it's also listed on bp for sale ) ok,here is the dimension's of the motor except the length;; 41" from pan to top of the giant cooling fan, 39" to top of hoses on front behind fan,( looks like they can be re-routed lower) 36" to the top of the intake elbow., 36" wide...hope this will help
