Fuel Tank not allowing more than a few gallons

I have a 1973 International 1110. that was in storage for two years, My passenger side tank will not let me put more than 3-4 gallons of gas in tank.

drivers side does, but it leaks and I have to get fixed.

My fuel gauge is also not working.

Please help me fix why it won't take more fuel and what I should do about fuel gauge.

Try a different gas station. At some stations the fuel comes out "frothy" and I get similar results on my '71 1210. At other stations it fills just fine. You can also checked for a plugged vent line or canister up in the fender well.
 
Hey Larry. Did you get thos problem figured out? Im having the exact problem. Going to try another service station, i guess.
