So I got a cv driveline to put on my Scout and the holes in the front output of the Dana 300 yoke do not line up with the cv driveline holes the yoke is wider than the driveline threads

The oem yoke is a 1310 pattern.

The cv side is most likely a 1330.

Take the 1310 yoke (for the spline count) and the driveshaft to a driveline shop and have them provide the proper yoke for that system. For a new one, be prepared to spend $65>$95.

The yokes do not go together the way you are showing it. You need to find a cv style yoke that matches the cv shaft you have for your Dana 300.
