First Meeting - When and Where?

So I'd like to get a day and location set for our first meeting. I propose one of two meeting spots. One being here at IHPA. The other being a restaurant in Auburn. Mike hill suggested several great and economical meeting spots for their in Auburn. As for time do we meet on a weekend day of either Saturday or Sunday or a week day in the evening after work?

So can I get a consensus of when you all would like to meet and when?
 
X2 on the weekend.

For me, any time Friday through Sunday. Unles I work over time Friday morning at my full time job. Food wise, I haven't hung out up in that area in awhile, so I wouldn't be much help there
 
I found out today a few people I now what to go are out of town this week so lets move it to Sunday the 14th.please reply if you want to go im interested how many people we can get together.
 
If you guys want for the first meeting we can do it at my place. Be happy to have a barbecue or something too. Let me know.

I like it :winky:, if that's the plan let me know what to bring. So is the 14th the date? Saturday would work better for me, but I can make it Sunday if that works best for everyone else.
 
Ya if you want to bbq at your place (IH Parts America)ill bring a pack of burgers and some chips what time works for everyone. I'm 2 adults and 2 children.
 
Should there be a seperate post letting people know the date and time? Just talked to one of the original ss members and he wasn't aware of the meeting.
