Just finished installing new drivers door hinges on my 1980 Scout II, terra top half cab. The door gaps are near perfect
and I would be hard pressed to make any more adjustments. The problem is none of the glass area is making good contact with the door seal. Seals are about three years old and are the mcmaster generic seal. Pass. Side is ok!
While it is a step up not seeing day light around the door the wind noise is a pain. So what are my options?
Replace the upper half of the seal with new seal from a ll dealer?
Try and bend in the door seal edge?
Rtv the door shut and use the pass door
any ideas appreciated.
