There have been some people on this forum and other IH specific forums talking about getting some custom made but I have either not seen the thread, or nobody went through with it.

When I got my '67 1100b Travelall the filler neck was completely rotted away. This is what I did... Filler neck itself is from a '70's Ford van, the rest is straight fuel hose and a piece of exhaust tube from the parts store. No welding/fab required other than some hacksaw cuts.

I plan to revisit this with the original upper neck, some tube bends, and my tig in the future but for now it's safe and works great.

I'm sure something similar could be whipped up for a Scout.
