Exhaust valve machine work

I have a machine shop doing a valve job on a IH 392 gas engine. the tech book shows the exhaust valve stem to be .4165-.4181. My machinist is having difficulty locating a pilot and cutter with that measurement. Is there someone on here that has done this work on a 392 and can help me locate a pilot and cutter?
