Has anyone come up with a good product??? I've tried to find the epon mr. Mayben referred to, no luck. I've got the kit & new floats ready to go but don't want to start until I have everything needed. Secondly, any sugestions concerning jet size? I'm basically at sea level, 392 w/tq, erson cam= .472 lift,260 duration, port matched, stan's headers, t-18, 3.73 gears.

"epon" is the trade name for a line of epoxy resins that were originally made by shell chemical. "epikure" is the tradename for the hardeners. These are now sold by a company named momentive. Momentive doesn't market epoxy "systems" (resin & hardener) to retail or consumer outlets. Huntsman chemical makes epoxy systems under the araldite brand. Huntsman does have a line of epoxy systems - where the resin and hardener have been matched up for certain performance requirements. Again, huntsman doesn't sell these to consumer or retail outlets. The closest thing you can find in a retail outlet is jb weld - a good product for metal to metal bonding. Loctite and gorilla glue market 2 component epoxy systems in retail outlets, but these are fairly basic "all purpose" type epoxy adhesives - they do many things, none of them great.

You might be able to get one of huntsman's distributors to send you a sample for free. You might start with huntsman's website for the type of adhesive you need, then contact one of their distributors for a sample.
