Engine parts worth saving?

I am about to break down my two ruined 345 engines and am wondering what parts are worth keeping for myself or others. I plan on saving:

full rocker assemblies, all covers (valve, valley, timing, oil pan, etc), intake and exhaust manifolds, heads, water tubes, brass distributor ring, pulleys, accessory brackets, and fan assembly.

What about: pistons, lifters, push rods, connecting rods, camshaft, crankshaft, and anything else I might have not mentioned.

Parts that aren't there or are rusted out: all ignition components, flexplate, water pump, emissions stuff, and starter.

Provided you have the room, I would say anything not broken or unusable! I'd toss the pistons but save the con rods, push rods (unless bent), flex plate (and big spacer & bolts), and cam/crank shafts for cores if regrindable, and did I mention oil pump and pickup tube. I even save the correct bolts for said attachments. Over time I had save a bunch of stuff and basically gave it away when I sold my Scout back in 2003, thinking I was "done". But now that I am not "done" after all (bought a project Scout), I kick my self for not keeping that stuff! Some of it would have saved lots of pain and trouble!
