Distributor ID help please

This dizzy is in a 74 Loadstar with a 392. A good bud bought it at an auction to use for his business. He wants to upgrade to a Pertronix Ignitor. I haven't seen the unit in person, just these pictures he sent. Please let me know what he has????

That is a Holley with "curved points".
PerTronix Ignitor = 1481 or PerTronix Ignitor II = 91481.
