Yep tryin to make sense of it all. This stuff is pretty simple, until you actually start to do it! 
I have a 1973 Scout with 4 wheel drum brakes. I naturally would like to some disc brakes up front. (I'm assuming I have a stock Dana 30 front, and a Dana 44 rear). I also noticed that my brake booster and master cylinder reservoir was leaking a bit. So I looked for a new one on the IH site. Yep, I can get one, just need to bring mine in to get rebuilt, np. Great price too...
My question is, the new booster says "with front drum brakes". Can I only use this booster with drum brakes? I have an opportunity to get a set of front disc brakes off a 1982 cj7 Dana 30.
So two questions:
1. Will my current booster work with disc brakes?
2. Will disc brakes from a 1982 bolt up and work with my stock 1973 Dana?
Any info would be soooo appreciated, you don't even know!
