Differenctial unit ID?

Trying to identify what type of unit I have in the front of my d44.

Has the # 11170h stamped on it. Thought it might be a truetrac unit. Any ideas ?. I'm trying to load of picture if it.
 
Not the right number (date code?)

you need to find the bom number (nnnnnn-n) on the axle tube -- not sure which side for the front axle.

Or, if the axle is original, the line setting ticket should tell you if it is open or not.
 
You can check out my thread on axle id just search for my name and there is a thread that has a chart on the bom numers and how to find them and what they mean
