Dash wire indentification numbers

can anyone tell me what the following dash wire #'s stand for, they go to the molex connector for the speedo hookup:

28b
36
11b

I am rewiring new autometer gauges and painless indicators into the oem harness using new male molex connectors and I have been unsuccessful in my attempts at finding out what the turn signal and brights wires are.
