Jeff - is the twinstick a bolt-on modification or does one have to remove the detent pills to make it work? Also, do you think it will work with a 3" body lift? Tia

If you want all available shift options then the pills will need to be removed. Otherwise you should be able to shift into rear low range without removing the pills. As for the 3" body lift you can special order the shifter kit for the body lift but you will need to call in your order.
