Hello all. Bought a Scout recently and tore down the transfer case this spring for a rebuild into a twin stick. Tore it all the way down and found that the shift rails are pretty badly worn and damaged where the shifter connects to the rails. The reason for this is that the transfer case control guide was split in half and half was missing.
So I'm looking for the rails. In the exploded view attached, its part 1 and 2.
Also question: will a Jeep Dana 20 shift rails suffice? I can find these on ebay, but nothing on the Scout. Just better to be safe than sorry.
