I just got rid of my 465/d18 set up.
I found a few more things in a drawer:.
These should fit standard 10 spline Dana 18 & Dana 20 transfercases.
Left to right:
1- 10 spline d18/d20 cv yoke (1310), brand new, never used $45 shipped.
2- 10 spline d18/20 standard yoke (1310), used, $25 shipped.
3- 1310 style flange for d18/d20 parking brake (driveshaft side), $30 shipped.
4- Dana 18 bull gear (not pictured).... $35 shipped.
