Are these bushings the same type of rubber as the factory or are they a harder urethane? Do they come with sleeves as well? Thanks,

I honestly don't know if the bushings are the same rubber type as factory but I can say they do look and feel like rubber, not urethane. The kit does not come with any sleeves, only the rubber bushings and coned washers.
