cut out fender flares

I am building a 1978 Scout II. The truck has rust on rear fender wells. I would like to know if cut out flares are available. I would like cut out to be 3 - 5 inches. :confused5:
 
There are no Scout specific fender flares that are designed for a cutout wheel well. You will have to find a flare from another vehicle and adapt it to the Scout. Some have used early Bronco flares so you can start by checking into those.
