CPT SUA Heavy Duty Ubolt Plate Kit for 71-80 Scout II

I noticed that the plates appear to have three holes drilled in them along the length of the centerline. The axle spring pack bolt typically drops in the center (only) hole on the stock plates. Do your heavy duty spring plates allow three positions for the axle? Allowing to be moved a little forward or back?

The CPT SUA plate(s) have the 3 holes so you can move the axle forward or backwards when used in-conjunction with three-hole spring perches. The CPT spring perches feature 3 holes also. Center hole would be factory.
