Chevy knuckles conversion

I have a 66 Scout with 74' Scout Dana 44 axes. I also have Chevy flat top knuckles and am converting to high steer. Can I re-drill the knuckles to work with the Scout spindles, hubs, and brakes or do I have to get the Chevy parts?

You can either re-drill the knuckles or re-drill the spindles, caliper supports and dust shields to match.

Thanks for the reply. I think for now im going to re-drill it and when I have some extra money ill upgrade it to the shevy conversion kit
