I want to express my satisfaction with the gas strut kit for sii liftgates. What a cool upgrade! Easy install, and no more hassling with one side releasing and one side not, etc. Also a big improvement in the rattle department. Highly recommended!

A deal with the actual inventor of this product was finalized just yesterday. These kits are scheduled to be available for retail in 8-10 weeks but we hope to have them sooner then that.

I might have to order a set when they come in. I'd just read about these on binder planet recently. I never really minded the rickety factory ones until I saw the potential in these. Only thing I wish was different is that they be silver so as to look more old-school, but I'll admit, that's getting kinda picky. I can always paint the paintable surfaces tan or similar.
