I logged in and went to place an order, filled out all the info and credit card number, then when I clicked the complete button I get "transaction cannot be completed"

so I went to your brothers store and ordered the some of same things no problem.........

I still need to get one item from you but cant get the online store to check out.....

Is it broken, and why no paypal way to pay too?
 
Our online store is working fine. Just received another online order just a few minutes ago. Not knowing what part you are trying to order all I can guess is that your credit card information is not matching but I'm just guessing. As always feel free to call us if you're having a problem placing an order.
 
Yep, your right.....it was my credit card company, they, for some reason do not like IHPA, but your brothers store is ok.....???

Got my order in just now, so all is good now, thanks
