Cheapish 74 2wd Travelall Lift

Id like to get about an 1" more lift out of my 74 2wd Travelall 392 3 speed

has anyone tried spacers for the front coils and a longer rear shackles? you can get step shackles from Ruff Stuff Specialties to fit the back far as i can tell, and sourcing spacers for a coil should be easy, maybe add-a-leafs in back instead of shackles.

body lift maybe....my current body bushings look good, dont know how much of a pain replacements would be, i did it on my scout and it was pretty straight forward.

would like to fit a nice looking 32" tire underneath, rear springs are not totally bagged i know a 31 would fit as that is what i came with

just looking for thoughts among the community

On my T'ette, a switch of the main leaf from a 1210 to an 1110 netted a 1.5"lift. The eyes on the 1210 spring are turned down and the 1110's are up.

I have read rumors that maybe you can get a mid 80's Chevy 1 ton rear Shackle and get a bit more lift out of the back, like 1/2 inch, has anyone done this? Then i could add spacers to front Coil, i am only looking for minimal lift to increase stance without completely tearing down the rear suspension pack.

Thanks Rob
