Carb conversions

I have a 1967 1800 loadstar with a 345. The dist is a Holley/IH version with a gov/tach drive(#359220). I am replacing the Holley 2bbl gov/carb(list 4310-2) with a non-gov Holley 2bbl 2300(#7448). The current dist has an electronic pickup that is stamped with p25-2 on the top. Do I have to make any modifications to the dist to match with the new carb? Thanks in advance.

No mods to the ignition required! See my response to your other post in the ignition sub-forum for more info.
