Cam options

My stock 345 has a spun center cam bearing . Everyone (machinists) I have talked to around here say I'm sol, but I find it hard to believe there isn't a cam available with larger outer-diameter bearings. I'm thinkin the block can be line honed to accomodate and provide a new surface to press the bearings into .

Any thoughts? Am I really sol?

As far as I know you are sol. Never heard of an oversized cam bearing. Let me know if you need a replacement engine block.
