Sorry guys but I'm airbagging a 77 Scout, just wanted to share it because I've searched the web and I've only seen 2 lowered scouts but they weren't Scout 2's. So since I have a 72 with 6"lift and 35s I decided to take the other to the ground. I've got a lincoln Mark viii irs and dodge dakota ifs on the Scout frame and I'm gonna body drop it 2 inches to put the rocker panel on the ground. It'll sit on 22" wheels with low profile tires and I've got a 454 to push it all around. This is the only cool IH forum I've seen so I thought id share my one of a kind project with you guys
 
Sounds really interesting.

There is a guy over at justih.org that is slamming a Scout 80. He is using a stock 2wd front axle on his.
 
What are your plans for the body drop? Are you moving the mount on the frame or re-working the floor?
 
Im not sure on that one yet. I was originally going to cut the whole floor out and just move it up, but I'm debating on a chop top. So I don't really wanna lose leg room and head room at the same time. I'm still building my frame though. So I have a few weeks to think about the body drop
