bw auto trans kickdown ???

The kickdown switch is a simple "momentary contact" item though it should be a version that is somewhat environmentally protected. Doesn't have to be anything special.
I've attached a two page scan from the bw service manual section that shows a "typical" install onna IH rig (this one is a fullsize pickall).
The connector for the solenoid exits the case on the passenger side between the two cooler ports and is a simple male spade connection. That connector is sealed in the case with an "o" ring and is connected to a solenoid inside the case which mounts in the valve body.
