Bumper / Grill guard - Who makes it?

I am wanting to purchase these for my Scout. Is this a custom job or can you buy these somewhere?

And if someone knows who made these or who can make them I would like to know.

There was a guy that had an ebay store, that made custom for scouts, cjs, etc.. Bought mine bout 6 months ago, he doesnt have anything on his page as of right now, but if I find out info, will post it
 
No problem ironcross, I just looked yesterday on ebay, he had some more fabricated Scout bumpers. Even if it is not on ebay, he will make it. I only needed the front bumper, but he was selling a front/rear set, told me to email him, I just paid him direct with paypal. He can make a few diff versions of each bumper, mine has a winch cradle, etc, its up to the customer..
