Broken fuel bowl

Just like the title says. I have a 1978 Scout II with the 345 and thermoquad 4 barrel. As I took the carb apart to rebuild I had one of the fuel bowl pieces that need to be glued fall off. So I went to to match it up and I notice the is a piece chipped off on the fuel bowl section. What are are my options to replace it. Do people sell used parts or is there someone that makes them. Also am I limited to a Scout carb or is the mopar carb in play as well. I wasn't sure if it's same carb and interchangeable any help is appreciated

1. Photos of the damage to the thermoquad fuel body would be helpful.

2. A used carb purchased on ebay (or similar) could be a good supply of spare hard parts for your carb.

3. What model number is your carb? It is stamped into the throttle body, at the aft surface, left corner.
Example: 9027s

4. T-q fuel transfer wells can be re-glued back onto the fuel body.
Miller-stephenson epoxy 907 adhesive system is the adhesive to use.

Unless you are trying to keep it original, a quadrajet will bolt on with few modifications. Get one with the fuel inlet on the passenger side, and if you need to be smog compliant, there are ones with the bowl vent. The vent tube gets close to the thermostat housing, so be ready to deal with that. But its a minor deal.
I've had one on my '79 for 10 years and its always passed the visual and sniff tests.
That being said, a working tq is a great carb. Like you, I got tires of gluing them up every couple years.

Finally found sometime to get over to the Scout and take a few pictures

the carb is a 9128s
I am familiar with glueing back on the fuel wells this site has been veryhelpful for carb rebuildng and other diy repairs.
