I believe this May be the Scout that ernie bisio had that was stolen then found and returned . Never licensed . I remember reading about this a few years ago . I don't know how to post a link , but I just seen it on ebay motors . I thought some of the folks here would be interested in this piece of history .
 
I wonder how much rust it really has. Looks solid in the pics though.

Correct. From the ebay listing:

"the one picture will tell the story as to why it only has 141 miles and has never been titled."
