I have measured the dimensions of the upper and lower control arms on my d200 and d100 pickups. They are the same width exactly. I have measured the mounting locations and dimensions and they are the same as well.
The d200 has an excellent cab and front end but I want 5 lug wheels. So, I want to swap my d100 upper and lower control arm setups, complete with rotors, discs, etc, over to the d200 and keep the d200 booster and master cylinder. I also want to swap the d100 rear end over to the d200. I will keep both sway bars on the d200.
So, my question is: will there be any issues with the d200 booster and master cylinder powering the smaller calipers and drums from the d100? I have been told that I am asking for trouble. If this is true, why and what if I swap the booster and master cylinder as well?
Thanks,
dave
