Brake Propotioner Valve

Hello all,
I'm new to scouts and have just got my rebuilt 304 running nicely in my 75 Scout II. After I made it go I decided to make it stop. My proportioner valve is leaking. It appears to be leaking through a hole that seems to be there on purpose. I'm assuming that either it is adjusted incorrectly or a seal or two are leaking. I just got it out and have not had much time to investigate. Any ideas on whether I should rebuild/re-seal this one or is the valve that is sold here be the way to go? Thanks for any info. I'm really glad I found this site as I'm in the tahoe area and have been looking for parts close. Matt

Normally when the proportioning valve starts leaking it needs replacement. I May have a good used one or can possibly locate new. Best to call and we will see what we can find for you.
